The waste paper compressor baler compresses loose waste paper into blocks through a hydraulic system, and then fixes them with strapping to reduce volume and facilitate transportation.
The workflow of waste paper compressor is divided into four steps:
1.during the feeding stage, the cardboard thickness (usually 0.5-3mm) and quantity are automatically identified;
2.during the compression stage, a high-pressure device (with a pressure of up to 20-50 tons) is used to reduce the volume of the cardboard by 70% -80%;
3.during the bundling stage, plastic tape or iron wire (with a tensile strength of ≥ 200N) is used to secure the compression block;
4.The final discharge completes the cycle.
This technology significantly improves the utilization of storage space and reduces logistics costs.
