Application: Compress and pack loose materials such as waste paper, newspaper, waste books, cardboard boxes, and paper shells etc into compact packages
China hualan waste paper baler is a machine that compresses loose waste paper into high-density, transportable blocks (bales), serving as a critical step in the waste paper recycling process. It can reduce the volume of waste paper by up to 90%, significantly lowering storage and transportation costs while increasing its recycling value.
Process material: such as waste paper, cardboard , newspapers, books (fibrous materials) etc
Based on their structure, waste paper balers are classified into horizontal baler and vertical baler.
Vertical Baler
Mainly in area : locations with limited waste paper volumes and space constraints, such as supermarkets, offices, and small recycling centers.
It has a small footprint and is typically operated manually or semi-automatically.
Horizontal Baler
Mainly in area : facilities with large volumes, require continuous operation, such as large printing plants, waste paper recycling centers, and paper factorys.
It is large in size and are typically fully or semi-automatic, offering high output.

Core pain points: paper dust flying, feeding jamming
1.The feed opening is typically designed to be neat and orderly, with the primary focus on preventing cardboard from getting jammed.
2.Sharp cutting blade (for cutting fibers), dust-proof seal
1. Moisture Control:
Waste paper is highly absorbent; excessive moisture content (e.g., over 12%) will cause the bales to mold.
2. Fire Prevention:
Dry waste paper and paper scraps are highly flammable. Dust must be cleaned from the interior of the machine regularly, and smoking or open-flame operations are strictly prohibited around the equipment.
3. Removal of Foreign Objects:
Do not allow large stones, concrete chunks, or other hard objects to mix in, as they will damage the machine.
4.Prevent “Bridging”:
Feed material evenly to avoid large pieces of cardboard forming an “arch” (bridging) at the hopper opening, which can cause the lower section to run empty while the upper section becomes blocked.
High-efficiency compression:
Driven by a hydraulic system, the machine applies immense pressure (typically 20–30 MPa) to waste paper, achieving a compression ratio of up to 5:1 and a bale density of 0.6–1.2 tons per cubic meter.
Cost savings:
Significantly reduces the volume of waste paper and the frequency of transport, thereby lowering logistics costs.
User-friendly operation:
Most modern equipment utilizes PLC-based automatic control systems, which feature low failure rates, simple operation, and reduced labor requirements.
