Hydraulic Copper compressor press compresses metal waste into blocks through a hydraulic system, and the core principle is to use the high pressure of the hydraulic cylinder to push the punch to cold press the material into shape.
Copper baler Hydraulic system
The hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic oil from the oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder, and adjusts the oil pressure and piston movement speed through the PLC control system to achieve uniform pressurization of materials such as copper metal.
Automation control
Copper baler equipped with a PLC control panel and limit switches to achieve automatic feeding, pressing, demolding, and unloading.
Features of copper baler
1. All models are driven by hydraulic pressure and can be operated manually or controlled automatically by PLC;
2. The packaging methods include flipping, side pushing, front pushing, manual picking, etc;
3. Multiple models to choose from: different pressures, bin sizes, package block sizes and shapes;
4. In areas without power, diesel engines can be used as power sources.
