Core Capabilities
1. Shearing Thickness:
A single cold shearing cycle can cut round steel with a maximum diameter of ≤180 mm, mild steel plate with a thickness of ≤80 mm, or mixed scrap.
2. Blade Width:
Mainstream models offer 1800 mm, enabling a large single-cut length and reducing reloading times.
3. Bin Capacity:
An extra-long 6-7 m bin can hold 8-10 tons of lightweight material at a time, increasing continuous operation time.
4. Cycle Efficiency:
Fully loaded, the machine can cut 3-5 times/minute, achieving an hourly output of 15-20 tons.
5. System Pressure:
22-25 MPa. Dual master cylinders are synchronously driven, providing powerful power and energy efficiency.
