Suitable for cutting in an empty tank or non pressure state, ensuring that there is no residual gas inside the tank
Working principle
Shear is achieved by converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. Its core components include the control panel, hydraulic cylinder, blade system, and control system.
Power transmission: The motor drives the hydraulic pump to deliver hydraulic oil from the oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder.
Shear action: The piston rod inside the hydraulic cylinder drives the movable blade (moving blade) to move towards the fixed blade (fixed blade), forming a strong shear force. The dual cylinder design ensures even force distribution and improves efficiency.
Work cycle: After the material enters the cutting edge, the control system commands the oil cylinder to continue supplying oil, and the blade closes to complete cutting; After completion, the oil cylinder returns oil in reverse, the blade resets, and prepares for the next operation
