Vertical baler workflow:
1.Feeding:
Materials are loaded into the top hopper manually or via a conveyor belt.
2.Compression:
The hydraulic system drives the ram downward to apply strong pressure to the material.
3.Strapping:
Once compression is complete, the operator manually threads a strap through the designated openings to secure the bale (some high-end models support automatic strapping).
4.Discharge:
The hopper door is opened, and the finished bale is pushed out using a hydraulic pusher or manually.
