hydraulic workflow
The hydraulic workflow of a wood chip briquetting machine begins with the motor driving the hydraulic pump to build system pressure while material is fed into the compression chamber. Subsequently, the control system activates the directional valve, directing high-pressure oil into the main cylinder to drive the piston and compress the material into shape. Once the preset pressure is reached, the system releases pressure and retracts the piston, while a discharge mechanism simultaneously pushes the formed briquette out of the mold, completing an automated cycle.

The connection between the vacuum cleaner and the briquetting machine employs a hard, seamless docking to prevent sawdust scattering during transportation.
