Working principle of Car Shell Press Machine?

Operators place scrap car shells onto the press plate and activate the machine. Subsequently, the hydraulic system drives the cylinder to push the press plate smoothly down along the guide rails, uniformly compressing the shell into a preset shape. Upon completion, the plate automatically resets, ready for the next cycle.

1. Feeding
   Load scrap car shells into the compression chamber.
2. Compression
   The hydraulic station drives the main cylinder to push the ram downward. Guided by the four-column rails, the ram exerts high vertical pressure on the material.
3. Pressure Holding & Forming
   Once the preset pressure is reached, the system maintains pressure for a moment. This allows the material to undergo plastic deformation and take its final shape.
4. Discharging
   After compression is complete, the ram retracts. The finished bale can then be removed using a forklift or similar equipment.
