China hualan car baler is a type of heavy-duty equipment specifically designed for processing scrap automobiles and light scrap steel. Utilizing a powerful hydraulic system, it compresses loose materials—such as scrap car shells—into high-density, uniformly sized rectangular bales.
Scrap car baler consists primarily of a baling unit, a hydraulic control system, an electrical system, and a grab (claw mechanism).
The core principle lies in utilizing the immense thrust generated by the hydraulic system to strongly compress metal materials, causing them to undergo plastic deformation. This process significantly reduces volume and increases density.
Frame and Chamber Structure
This is the machine’s skeleton and working area. It consists of a heavy-duty base, a compression chamber (hopper) welded from high-strength wear-resistant steel, and a secure door system with locking mechanisms to ensure stability under high pressure.
Hydraulic Power System
As the “heart” and “muscle,” this system provides the driving force. It comprises a power source (electric motor or diesel engine), a hydraulic pump station, and actuating cylinders (main, side, and ejection) that generate the necessary thrust for compression.
