Working principle:
During the operation of eddy current separation technology, a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated on the surface of the separation magnetic roller. When conductive non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum pass through this magnetic field, electromagnetic induction causes eddy currents to form within these metals. These eddy currents generate a magnetic field opposite to the original field's direction. Consequently, the non-ferrous metals experience repulsive force from the magnetic field, propelling them forward along their conveying path. This separation from non-metallic materials achieves the sorting objective.
